“It is unacceptable that a man in Minnesota was caught with DUI potentially for the 28th time! Kudos to the deputy who took the initiative to report the alleged drunk driver and to law enforcement who is the tip of the spear in our fight to end the 100 percent preventable and violent crime of drunk driving. As evidenced in this case, restricting or taking away licenses are not enough to keep drunk drivers off our roads. Ignition interlock devices are needed, and in the most extraordinary cases like this, jail must be considered as well.”
