MADD Lawyers
Resource Network
Join a powerful network of lawyers who help victimsand survivors
of impaired driving crashes.
The MADD Lawyers Resource Network is a groundbreaking program designed to connect compassionate legal professionals with victims and survivors of impaired driving crashes. This initiative is the next phase of growing The MADD Network — a community of individuals and corporations who are banding together to end impaired driving and support victims and survivors. MADD is committed to maintaining the highest standards of legal and ethical integrity. This initiative is not a referral-for-fee service. Instead, it is a mission-aligned membership network, structured to comply with all legal and ethical guidelines, including those related to UBIT and bar association requirements.

Gain New Connections and Support for Victims and Survivors

Every year, thousands of individuals impacted by impaired driving turn to MADD for help. Many of them face confusing legal questions and overwhelming challenges. Through this initiative, we aim to:

  • Empower survivors and victims by offering trusted legal support
  • Elevate the legal profession by aligning with attorneys who share our values
  • Provide access to ethical, compliant service partners across all jurisdictions
  • Fuel our mission through sustainable revenue that supports our mission

How It Works

This is a strategic partnership rooted in ethics, transparency, and meaningful support. MADD will carefully vet attorneys through an application process. Participating lawyers will be featured in our network for the general public.
