She was the Designated Driver who was killed by a Drunk Driver on 10/30/22. She died instantly. He sent 7 others to the hospital. 3 were critical. He spent less than 3 months in jail. Henrico County Commonwealth Attorney’s office did not think her life or their permanent injuries were worthy of more than a misdemeanor DWI, 1st offense.
