MADD Asks VA Governor to Amend SB 5029/HB 5058

MADD Supports the Virginia Association of Chiefs of Police (VACP) in asking Virginia Governor Northam to amend SB 5029/HB 5058 for the safety of all Virginians. The VACP states that “These bills particularly impact the safety of Virginia roads by making several traffic safety laws secondary enforcement.”
