Sgt. Vincent Turocy Named MADD National Officer of the Month Oct 2020 We are excited to announce that Sgt. Vincent Turocy of the Tennessee Highway Patrol has been named the MADD National Officer of the Month for October 2020! We surprised him with a presentation of the award on Thursday, October 15.
