Brianna Schreiner serves as Chief Legal Officer at Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD), where she leads the organization’s legal strategy and risk management efforts. Her appointment marks a pivotal step in strengthening MADD’s operational foundation and advancing its mission to eliminate drunk driving and support victims of this violent crime.

With over 13 years of experience as a commercial transactional attorney, Brianna brings a dynamic blend of nonprofit and corporate legal expertise. She began her career in the nonprofit sector before transitioning to General Counsel at LifeStraw, a company known for its innovative water filtration products that serve communities in developing nations and emergency response scenarios.

Most recently, Brianna led the commercial contracts team at Choice Hotels, a global hospitality company whose portfolio includes Comfort Inn, Cambria, Country Inn & Suites, and Radisson.

Brianna holds a Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from the University of Denver, and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She lives in Northern Virginia with her husband and two young sons, and proudly embraces her role as a hockey mom—often found cheering from the sidelines of a chilly ice rink.
