On October 25th, 2023, MADD Virginia held its annual Law Enforcement Awards ceremony in Richmond. Officer Zabulon Cardona (left), with the Chesterfield Police Department (below) won the Richmond Ford Award for most DUI arrests this year. A complete list of winners can be found in the document below.
