2024 MADD Virginia Law Enforcement Award Winners Honored

On December 12, 2024, MADD Virginia held its annual Law Enforcement Awards ceremony in Richmond. Officer Christopher Mazzucca (left), with the Newport News Police Department, won the Richmond Ford Award for most DUI arrests this year. Lt Robert Netherland won The Carter Hill Lifetime Achievement Award, sponsored by Rotary Club of South Richmond. A complete list of winners can be found in the document below.
