MADD Upper Cumberland will host its 25th annual Candlelight Vigil of Remembrance and Hope at 3:00pm CT on Sunday, November 19, 2017 at the First Christian Church located at 780 Fairground Street in Cookeville, Tennessee.

This event is designed to remember lives changed forever or lost due to impaired driving crashes or murder. Victim families are asked to bring a framed photo of their loved one for display during our program. There will be a time of fellowship/refreshments at the conclusion of the Vigil.
