MOTHERS AGAINST DRUNK DRIVING APPOINTS KENNETH H. CEASER AS VICE PRESIDENT OF PEOPLE AND CULTURE

November 4, 2022; DALLAS – Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) announced today that Kenneth Ceaser has joined the organization as the Vice President of People & Culture.

In this role, Kenneth will lead the development and execution of people strategy to support MADD’s overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. He will oversee recruitment, compensation and benefits, diversity, talent management, employee relations, and culture.

“Kenneth brings unparalleled experience in building a workplace culture of transparency, respect, and diversity,” said Ellen Willmott, Interim Chief Executive Officer of MADD. “He will be a trusted partner to MADD’s Senior Leadership Team as we continue to evolve as an organization, attracting top talent with a passion to build a world with ZERO victims of impaired driving.”
Kenneth’s diverse professional background spans more than two decades of experience in human resources strategy, talent management, leadership development, organizational design, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.

“I am truly honored and excited to be part of the nation’s largest non-profit organization focused on ending substance impaired driving,” Kenneth said. “With the help of the entire People & Culture team and in partnership with leadership, I hope to build a strong organizational culture and inclusive environment at MADD.”

Prior to this role at MADD, Kenneth held various HR leadership positions for companies such as the Boy Scouts of America, Walgreens, AmerisourceBergen, and Boeing. Kenneth is passionate about serving others and believes his skills will contribute to the overall mission and community impact. He serves on the Project Transformation board, a nonprofit on a mission to transform communities by engaging children and college-age young adults in purposeful relationships.

Kenneth also served 24 years in the U.S. Air Force with a focus on Human Resource Management and Advanced Leadership Studies. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Business Management and an Executive Certificate in Human Resource Management from Villanova University. In his free time, he loves to spend time with his wife Kristen, and three kids, Brooklyn, Natasha, and Nicolas.
