“MADD is appalled that an alleged drunk driver killed Ruth Chinchilla Sunday night and knocked her 2-year-old daughter out of her arms, throwing her across a parking lot. Our hearts go out to Ruth’s family especially her daughter for losing her mother to a selfish and completely preventable crime. We will stand by the victims of this crime and we expect that the alleged offender will be held fully accountable.”
