Lieutenant Elvis Zeno Santiago

MADD proudly recognizes Lieutenant Elvis Zeno Santiago as our Officer of the Month for November 2023! Lieutenant Santiago is the Assistant Director of the Negociado Patrullas de Carrtera Police Department and he has been in law enforcement for over 30 years.
MADD Puerto Rico opened in early 2021 and Lieutenant Elvis Zeno Santiago, on multiple occasions, has collaborated with our MADD Puerto Rico team since day one. Throughout 2023, MADD has been invited to all the prevention events organized by the Puerto Rico Police.
On March 23, 2023, Lieutenant Santiago was an important part of getting the collaborative agreement signed between MADD Puerto Rico and the Puerto Rico Police, marking history as the first time they partnered with an organization like MADD. On June 22, 2023, he was part of the panel of experts for MADD Puerto Rico’s Inaugural Virtual Town Hall “Let’s Talk About Safety on Our Roads”. Recently, he partnered with MADD on our “Saturation Saturday” weekend organizing their officers for MADD’s visit to police headquarters and enforcement and prevention efforts.
MADD is proud to recognize Lieutenant Elvis Zeno Santiago as the MADD November 2023 Officer of the Month. We thank him for his dedicated service to the citizens Puerto Rico and for his partnership with MADD. We wish him the best in safety and wellness in the remaining years of his career and service and helping MADD create a Puerto Rico of #NoMasVictimas!
