Death Notification Training Registration

MADD Nebraska will be joining with the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office to offer a Death Notification Training on May 22nd, 2024

The event will be held at the Lancaster County Extension, 444 Cherry Creek and is scheduled to run from 8 am – 4 pm.

Our trainer Tara Alexander, a Victim Services Specialist from MADD Colorado, will be sharing her expertise and experiences on how to handle Death Notifications in the best possible way. It is an interaction no one ever wants to have, but we know that too often the way these moments are handled can make a huge impact on how families move throughout the process.

We also look forward to sharing more about how MADD can support victims after the crash with our victim support services.
