Jill is an expert strategist, with a proven track record of driving growth and improving brand sentiment through award-winning marketing. Under her leadership, she transformed the marketing function to a world-class organization, which has received hundreds of top-level creative industry awards, including multiple Cannes Lions (including a Gold Lion and Bronze Lion).

A key player in Uber’s reputational turnaround, Jill devised and implemented the strategy to rebuild Uber’s relationships with the media, policymakers, earners, and consumers following a tumultuous period for the company. Central to this turnaround has been driving positive change externally: advocating to improve safety on the platform, spearheading regulatory reform to improve flexible work for drivers, and dramatically moving the needle on Uber’s efforts around electrification and sustainability.

Before joining Uber, Jill led global communications and public policy at Snapchat. Before Snapchat, Jill worked for Google, where she led communications across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, as well as government relations in Europe. Earlier in her career at Google, Jill ran the company’s corporate communications team.
