MADD Tier One Policy Prioities 2023-2024

MADD’s Tier One legislative and regulatory priorities are policy initiatives that MADD proactively leads. These priorities were chosen based on data-driven solutions that will create the biggest impact to reduce impaired driving fatalities and injuries. MADD has numerous other policy positions and routinely provides support in those areas and will continue to do so. The attached policies outline where we will continue to be most active, develop new advocacy campaigns, provide leadership, and build our capacity to create change.
