In honor of my son, Zechariah Turner “Forever 16 “. My son, Zechariah was 16 years old. He was struck and killed by an 18 year old drunk driver with no license in the afternoon around 4:30pm. My son wasn’t in the road. The drunk driver lost control ran off the road and struck my son on October 4, 2025. My son died on impact. The drunk driver posted bond and is out in the street living life. The drunk driver is not remorseful saying it was just an accident smiling in court. We are still back and forth to court while he is out free and may not even spend 6 years or less in prison while my son is gone forever. Zechariah was a very bright, outgoing teen who was a light to everyone he met. He was full of joy and laughter who enjoyed sports especially basketball. He would have graduated next year 2027. He was going to college play basketball, take up engineering and wanted to go to the Air Force. I love and miss him dearly especially his beautiful smile.. He will always be in my heart ❤️.
