We understand the physical and emotional impact these crashes can have on victims and their families and are passionate about seeking justice for them. Clients know they can trust us with their case while they focus on the healing process.

Since our firm was founded by attorney Patrick A. Salvi in 1982, we have secured more than $2 billion in verdicts and settlements, including more than 315 cases resulting in awards of $1 million or more, including the largest verdict in Illinois history ($363 million). In 2009, we obtained a Lake County record $33.2 million personal injury verdict on behalf of the victim of a drunk driving accident.

For more than a decade, our firm has been routinely listed as one of the top law firms in the state of Illinois with the highest reported settlement totals in the Jury Verdict Reporter / Chicago Daily Law Bulletin’s Settlement Survey. In addition, our attorneys are routinely recognized for excellence in the legal profession by Leading Lawyers, Illinois Super Lawyers, and U.S. News & World Report’s Best Law Firms.

Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard is proud to offer clients the highest level of legal representation. No matter whether a case is large or small, it is important to us because we know it is important to you and your family. We are dedicated to using the full extent of our skills, legal experts and experience to help you get the compensation you deserve.

If you believe that a driver who was impaired by alcohol caused your crash, contact our law firm to speak with a lawyer about your case. We can help you to understand your legal rights and discuss the steps we can take on your behalf.

We are proud supporters of MADD’s mission—through our volunteerism and through financial means—to assist victims of drunk and drugged driving. Our goal is MADD’s goal: no more victims.
