Sophia Toh
Board Chair
Sophia Toh is an executive coach, leadership trainer, and
published author with more than two decades of experience in corporate finance,
strategy, and organizational leadership. Prior to her coaching career, Sophia
served as Vice President of Finance Transformation and Chief Financial Officer
for a multibillion-dollar business unit at Kraft Heinz Company. She also spent
fifteen years at Procter & Gamble, where she held senior finance leadership
roles, including Chief Financial Officer of Walker & Company Brands, a
P&G subsidiary. Her leadership experience spans brand commercial delivery,
supply chain, cybersecurity, purchasing, information technology, retailer
finance, global business services, and accounting policy.
Sophia is an ICF-credentialed Professional Certified Coach
(PCC) and holds multiple finance and accounting professional certifications,
including Certified Management Accountant, Certified Finance Manager, and
Strategy and Competitive Analysis. She previously served on the International
Coaching Federation’s Professional Coaches Board.
Sophia is the author of The G.A.M.E. of Life: Illuminated
Leadership, Fulfilled Life and a contributing author to Leadership Unscripted:
The Real, Raw, and Remarkable Journeys of Women Who Lead Boldly. Through her
writing, coaching, training, and speaking, she focuses on cultivating
self-awareness, resilience, and purpose-driven leadership.
Sophia earned her MBA from Purdue University and her
Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Clayton State
University. She also holds a Nonprofit Leadership Executive Certificate from
Harvard Kennedy School, an Executive Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion
from Cornell University, and a Diversity Coaching Certificate from Howard
University and the Institute for Coaching Innovation.
In addition to her service with MADD, Sophia serves on the board of the Global Procter & Gamble Alumni Network, where she also acts as Treasurer. She hosts two international book clubs for the Harvard Kennedy School Leadership Decision Making program and the Purdue Asian Alumni Network and serves on the advisory committee for the School of Business at Clayton State University. She is committed to giving back to global, national, and local communities while nurturing meaningful connections with family and friends.
