In 2014, all of Jacob’s dreams were coming true. In May, he had graduated from Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN, with a degree in Molecular Biology. On July 4, he had proposed to his girlfriend of 7 years. He was looking forward to starting medical school in August. But on July 7, 2014, three days after getting engaged, his life was tragically taken when a drugged driver entered his lane of traffic hitting him head-on at an estimated 100mph.
Jacob was one of the most caring people you could ever meet. He would do whatever he could to help family, friends, and strangers. He never said a bad word about anyone he ever met. He volunteered to help the homeless of Nashville on a weekly basis. He cared more about people than material things. He was truly one of a kind.
