New TN Law Takes Probation Off Table for Vehicular Homicide

A new law in Tennessee is tougher on offenders and supports victims by providing greater justice in Vehicular Homicide cases. The law eliminates the option for judges to sentence an offender in a Vehicular Homicide case to a term of probation and is effective for any crash beginning January 1, 2017.
