Latest TN Statistics on Impaired Driving Crashes

The Department of Safety and Homeland Security reports that there were 352 Impaired Driving Fatalities in Tennessee in 2013, accounting for 35.38% of crash fatalities across the state.  There were also 5,506 injuries due to impaired driving crashes and a total of 8,563 impaired driving crashes overall in the state in 2013.
