My guest speaker is Cathy Glenn, BSN, RN, CEN, TCRN, EMT-P Injury Prevention Trauma Outreach Coordinator, with Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas. This presentation introduces parents to the mechanisms of how the body is affected when using alcohol and other drugs. They will see how impaired crashes affect the body and how they are treated in the Emergency Room.
