Most people who have experienced the sudden death of a loved one are haunted by the trauma of being notified. These vivid memories may last forever, and many individuals wish they had somehow been told differently. While there is no easy way to give disheartening news, there are helpful techniques for delivering the news that can be beneficial to both the survivor and the messenger.
This training will provide a comprehensive understanding of the needs of the bereaved individuals, as well as an appreciation for the ability to fulfill the role of the notifer.
