Empowering Youth at Kapolei High School

On March 13th and 14th, 2024, MADD Hawaii successfully delivered eight impactful hour-long Power of You(th) presentations to the freshman health classes at Kapolei High School. Over 270 students learned about the dangers and consequences of underage drinking, resisting peer pressure, its impact on their health, avoiding riding with an impaired driver, safe driving practices, and other key topics. We always enjoy empowering our youth with crucial information and look forward to seeing the positive impact they will make as the generation that ends impaired driving for good.

For every presentation the facilitator has the students take a Pre & Post Survey. The students happily pull out their phones to take the test.
