SUMMARY:April 2021 Statewide Virtual Support Group
DESCRIPTION:MADD Tennessee offers Online Victim/Survivor Support Groups for impaired driving victims whose crash was in Tennessee\, or whose crash was elsewhere\, but they live in Tennessee\, and they live too far away to attend our in-person support group in Nashville. \nThe online support group is a time of open sharing – though no one will ever be forced to share! Please join us as we grow as a community who supports one another deeply. \nThis month’s topic will be:\nGiving of Ourselves in Finding Purpose \n \nThe April 2021 group will be a Statewide Virtual Support Group held as follows: \nApril 12\, 2021 at 7pm ET/6pm CT \nThis will be a Tennessee Statewide support group.  Please contact Jami Wilson\, Victim Support Specialist at jami.wilson@madd.org (or 615-360-8055 x4756) to RSVP and obtain instructions to join. \n  \n  \n  \nNote: This meeting is a VICTIM Support Group intended to provide emotional support to those who have been negatively impacted by a drunk or drugged driving crash. It is NOT a meeting for DUI offenders (those who have been charged\, arrested\, or convicted of DUI or similar charges.) The class MADD offers for DUI offenders who have been court ordered to attend a class\, is called a Victim Impact Panel (VIP).
