WE CANNOT ACCEPT LATE SUBMISSIONS<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nomination link<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/form.jotform.com\/250865835659170\">2025 Law Enforcement Recognition Event Nominations<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>MADD Award<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; All officers and deputies with 25 or more DUI arrests will receive a 23152 pin.\u00a0 If your department does not have someone with at least 25 DUI arrests,\u00a0you can nominate your top arresting officer\/deputy for one pin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BUI Arrests<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 \u00a0Please submit your marine officers who patrol the waterways\u00a0with 12 or more BUI arrests. If your agency does not have anyone at this number, please nominate the top arresting officer\/deputy with BUI arrests for one pin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Outstanding Officer<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; MADD will award an officer who has made a difference in the last year by going above and beyond in the area(s) of education, prevention, policy, and\/or enforcement and whose efforts impact reducing alcohol-related death or injury.\u00a0 Rookies may qualify. Please submit a summary\u00a0describing the officer&#8217;s outstanding service below.\u00a0 You will be able to attach supporting documents.\u00a0 PHOTO IS REQUIRED and can be attached when you complete your nomination.\u00a0 Only one nominee will be selected by event committee.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Outstanding Prosecutor<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; MADD is honoring prosecutors (felony\u00a0and misdemeanor) who have shown their impressive dedication to saving lives on California&#8217;s roadways through exemplary prosecution of impaired drivers and by working to eliminate drunk, drugged, and substance-impaired driving, supporting the victims of these violent crimes or preventing underage drinking.\u00a0Please submit a summary describing the outstanding service below. you will be able to attach supporting documents. PHOTO IS REQUIRED and can be attached when you complete your nomination.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Outstanding Probation<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; MADD is seeking nominations for a probation officer or agency that has made significant contributions towards eliminating impaired drivers from California roadways through enforcement methods, education, and\/or prevention work in 2024 while working with DUI probation offenders.\u00a0Please submit a summary describing the outstanding service below. you will be able to attach supporting documents.
