DESCRIPTION:Join us in our fight to “strike out” impaired driving at this year’s Strike Out Drunk Driving Bowling Program\, March 25th from 11:00am-1:00pm at East Providence Lanes. Funds from this family friendly fun-raiser will benefit MADD Rhode Island’s programs. Raffle tickets to be purchased separately. \nTeams of four can register for $20 each. Pricing includes bowling\, shoes\, food and refreshments. Memorial and Donor Sponsorships can be purchased for $100 per lane. SUMMARY:Annual Candlelight Vigil
DESCRIPTION:MADD helps survivors survive. We’re a hand to hold\, an ear to listen\, and a shoulder to lean on. MADD helps drunk and drugged driving victims with emotional support\, especially during the Holiday Season. The Candlelight Vigil serves as an event that memorializes and honors victims as innocent people who were killed or injured needlessly. Families get involved with MADD as part of their healing journey to help prevent tragedies from striking others. The vigil reminds the general public that no one is immune to the completely non-discriminatory person who chooses to drink\, then drive. \n  \nMADD RI’s annual vigil of Hope and Remembrance that serves to put faces of people who have been loved to numbers in RI’s ongoing challenges with drunk and drugged driving. \n                        This is the 15th year that a Rhode Island high school hosts the event. \nJoin us on December 6 from 7-9 p.m. at The Prout School located at 4640 Tower Hill Road\, Wakefield\, RI 02879

DESCRIPTION:JOIN US FOR OUR STRIKE OUT DRUNK DRIVING BOWLING TOURNAMENT AND MEDIA EVENT TO KICKOFF THE HOLIDAY SEASON\nNovember 18\, 2017\nEast Providence\nhttp://bit.ly/2rYN7JK\nJoin MADD for a friends and family fundraiser to benefit MADD’s victim service and youth programs on November 18\, 2017 at East Providence Lanes from 1-3 p.m. with a media event at 12:30 pm. Teams of four or five can register for $20 each for adults or $10 for those under 12. The price incluses bowling\, shoes\, food and refreshments. \nThere also will be a raffle with many great prizes as well as a prize for the winning team. Funds can be further raised by sponsoring a lane for $100 or having pledges towards individuals or teams for how many pins are hit or how many strikes are thrown. \nThe event kicks off MADD Rhode Island’s Tie One On For Safety holiday awareness campaing and coincides with Red Ribbon Week\, which is one of MADD’s largest outrach and awareness initiatives. \nREGISTER & PAY ONLINE HERE\nStrike Out Drunk Driving packet \n
