SUMMARY:MADD Oregon Law Enforcement Recognition Event and Training Conference
DESCRIPTION:  \n  \nSave the date!  Our 2020 Law Enforcement Recognition Event will be held on June 2\, 2020 at Spirit Mountain Casino in Grand Ronde\, Oregon.  This is a beautiful venue located approximately 30 miles northwest of Salem.  We will be offering a training course in the morning regarding best practices for providing a death notification to next of kin.  This training will be followed by a recognition luncheon with awards for the Law Enforcement Officer of the Year (one officer from each category – City/County/State)\, Prosecutor of the Year\, and DUII Advocate of the Year – Individual/Group.  We will once again offer a silent auction during the luncheon.  The awards luncheon will be followed by a training course regarding working with victims\, then a presentation on marijuana impaired driving. \nOnce our registration link is live\, it will be posted here. \nMore details to follow!
