SUMMARY:SW and NE Law Enforcement Recognition Event
DESCRIPTION:MADD Ohio supports Governor DeWine’s efforts to slow the potential spread of the coronavirus in our state.  Therefore\, consistent with the Order to Limit and/or Prohibit Mass Gatherings in the State of Ohio\, MADD Ohio has been forced to make the difficult decision to cancel this year’s SW Ohio LER.  Also\, due to the timing of MADD Ohio’s events\, and loss of funds we fear that we cannot implement this prestigious event in the way our Law Enforcement Awardees deserve. Therefore\, we will be either mailing or personally delivering our remarkable heroes awards over the next several weeks.   We hope that you understand that this was a hard decision to make and fully intend to go back to in person events as soon as we can. \nWe truly hope you understand that these are unprecedented circumstances. Please know MADD Ohio\, each day\, values and appreciates what our local law enforcement does to continually protect our roadways and communities. \nThank You for all that you do every day and every night! \n  \nPlease Stay Safe and Healthy\, \nMADD Ohio \n\n
