The 2017 Walk Like MADD\/MADD Dash 5k took place on October 15th and it was incredible. The day came together as one of the best walk\/run events we have had in the state of Nebraska. It was so amazing to see the interaction and support of the families walking together for a common goal. Together, we raised $14,225.00, surpassing the event fundraising goal. It was truly a day to remember and makes us so excited to walk and run with you all again next year.<\/p>\n\n

\"\"We could not have made this happen without the help of our volunteer committee, day of volunteers and all of the amazing team captains who built incredible teams. MADD Nebraska is honored by each and every one of you who support the Walk Like MADD event. We know that we need change in our state and promise you that we will keep fighting right beside you until there are no more victims of drunk driving.<\/p>\n\n

The MADD Nebraska Staff is so thankful to all of the people who made this event possible. Overall, the day was amazing. It was a day spent remembering those we have lost to impaired driving, while walking together towards a future where no more families are impacted. Together, we end drunk driving. Together, we make our state safe. Together, we have a future with No More Victims.<\/p>\n\n
