Jennifer Mitchell

Jennifer Mitchell brings years of senior leadership experience gained through executive positions at leading companies and through various Board roles. She has an outstanding track record of generating revenue growth, driving strategic change, and overseeing companies and organizations through periods of transition.

Jennifer has held executive positions at leading, high growth consumer products companies, including Proctor & Gamble, Gillette, and Clorox. Her roles included key positions in Marketing, Sales, Business Development and Analytics.

Jennifer served as Chief Executive Officer of MAM North America from 2013-2020. As CEO, Jennifer drove the Company’s revenue growth to record levels and oversaw and implemented numerous strategic initiatives which led to the Company’s number one position in the baby products category.

Complementing her executive experience, Ms. Mitchell also brings many years of Board experience. Jennifer served on the Board of the Juvenile Product Manufacturers Association from 2017-2023, servingas Board Chair, Vice Chair, Chair of the Finance Committee and Treasurer. During her tenure, Jennifer co-founded the charitable arm of the JPMA with the goal of providing safety and well-being equitably to all children. JPMA Cares was formed in 2020 and Jennifer served as Board Chair from 2020-2023.

Ms. Mitchell currently serves on the national Board of Directors of Mothers Against Drunk Driving.

Jennifer was elected National Chair in 2023 for a two-year term. She has served on the Finance, Governance and Compensation Committees. Jennifer worked directly with the CEO and leadership team to create a five-year strategic plan for MADD to eliminate impaired driving.

Jennifer’s commitment to charitable and civic causes is further demonstrated in her time with the United Nations Foundation/The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation where she served as the UN Business Director on the childhood vaccine program. Jennifer was also an elected official in the District of Columbia, serving a two-year term as Commissioner of the ANC in Georgetown.

Ms. Mitchell has an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Villanova University. Jennifer and her husband currently reside in Dallas, TX after raising four children and living in the DC area for 22 years.
