This just happened. March 17, 2025.
Ashley & Jacob lost their lives to a 21 year old drunk driver (.4 BAC) with a history of wreckless driving (even with an GDL) and an underage DUI.
This driver had driving records in 3 counties. Many of the charges not being enforced by the laws that are already in our state.

Gracie has been fighting for her life since impact. She has a long road to any sort of recovery. Maybe a lifetime.
The result of this 100% avoidable criminal act has caused more than burials and healthcare costs. At some time when I can truly provide an accurate summary, I hope to actually creates this family’s VICTIM IMPACT STATEMENT to show the true impact and devastation that child caused to the entire community.
