Within a matter of seconds Abigail was demanding that Roberts pull over because she was convinced he was going to kill her that night. With help from other juveniles demanding he pull over and then were able to swap out with a sober driver. They then drove to the top of the loop road where Roberts provided shots to other minors. They then started to leave for home. Abby spoke with her father at 11:10pm. She was letting him know she'd be home in 10 minutes. After speaking with her father Abby and the driver had to pee so they pulled over. When Abby got back into the car rear center seat, only one without an available seat belt, Roberts got in the driver's seat, the kids argued with him to let the sober minor drive. Roberts instead puts the car in reverse, backing off the road into bushes, 4 occupants ages 14-17 BEGGING to be let out to walk. Roberts put the vehicle in drive and sped away. Driving erratically and at a high rate of speed, kids now screaming demanding he stop, demanding for him to slow down screaming you're going to kill us. After a corner taken at very high speeds the vehicle left the roadway at the next corner and struck a mature tree. Police reports estimated the car was going around 80mph on a 25-mph road until coming to a rest on a power pole and cable. As Abby lay in the back seat struggling to breathe, Roberts was able to call his
