Tania Bustamante, who serves as State Executive Director of MADD Arizona since 2021.

Tania began her nonprofit career over 22 years ago in Los Angeles, CA with American Cancer Society, working with Income Development. She then moved on to the scouting world with Girl Scouts in California and Arizona in 2007, when her family decided to make Arizona home. She continued her passion with developing youth through scouting and joined Boy Scouts of America in 2014. Her last position with the Boy Scouts was as an iTeach Exploring Executive Director while she also served as a Senior District Executive Director at the council. In 2020 she moved on to St. Mary’s Food Bank as Major Gifts Director.

Tania comes to MADD Arizona with many years of fundraising and community engagement experience.

She enjoys spending time with her husband, David of 25 years, traveling, spending time at baseball games across the nation and most importantly, time with her 2 sons and grandsons.
