Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) needs your help to advance lifesaving legislation HB 148 to make North Carolina the second state to enact a .05 per se law. 

Studies suggest if all states enacted a .05 BAC law, over 1,700 lives would be saved each year. In Utah, according to a 2022 NHTSA study, they found the new law is reducing drunk driving deaths significantly.
