Instructions to register for past event participants

• Go towww.walklikemadd.org
• Click on Select a City and pick Denver , CO
• Click on Visit your Participant Center
• Enter in your username and password
  • If you don’t remember your username, contact Becky
  • Once you have your username, you canhave your password emailed to you,  OR Becky can change it for you    
• Once at the inactive Participant Center , at the bottom, it will tell you that you need to register.
• From the drop down menu above, click on Participate, and select either Join a Team or Form a New Team
• • To Join a New Team , scroll through the current teams, click on the team you wish to join
    • Once at the team page, click on Join
  • To Form a New Team, enter the name of your team and select the category
  • If you are unable to attend the event, but still wish to participate, click on Become an Individual Walker, and specify your role as a Virtual Walker
• Your registration information has been stored from the previous year’s event, so double check that all your information is up to date, fill in Gender, select your T-Shirt Size and click on the Next Step button
• Read over the Legal Notice , click in the I agree box and click on Next Step
• A summary of your registration information will be on the next screen, and click on Complete Registration
• You will then be able to access all the tools in your Participant Center

Instructions to register for new event participants

• Go to www.walklikemadd.org
• Select a city---- Denver

• If your team is not already created,

• If your team is already created,

• Click the Search for a Team button leaving all the search fields blank

• Select your team division fundraising goal (if desired)

• Then click on next step

• Select if your team will be a walker or virtual walker

• Fill in the two remaining questions below

• Click on next step

• Fill in your contact information

• Make sure you select a user id and a password (this is required to get the message to your all your contacts, track your team progress, upload your personal address book, etc…)

• Then click on next step

• Read the legal notice and then if you agree to the terms & conditions then click on the box below.

• Then click next step

• You should now be set up and ready to send your personal page to all your contacts so that they to can become part of the 2008 Walk Like MADD.
