Jennifer Berry

Dr. Ralph Hingson
Hingson is Director of the Division of Epidemiology and Prevention Research at the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism. An expert on community and legal interventions to reduce alcohol impaired driving, he has published over 100 articles in peer review journals and other publications on raising the legal drinking age to 21, .08 percent legal blood alcohol limit and zero tolerance laws for youth.
